“Good concept. We booked on Thursday night for a Sunday stay and didn't get confirmation until Friday afternoon which could have limited our options if the original choice had not been available, otherwise an excellent service.”

“Easy and quick to use - but I was only vaguely aware I wasn't booking direct with the hotel. Fee was reasonable but I thought the cancellation/refund policy a bit draconian.”

Thank you for your feedback, it is always great to hear that the website is easy to navigate in order to make a reservation. I am sorry that you did not find it clear that we are not the hotel; we do include our company name on all pages of our website, but I do apologise if it was unclear. Our cancellation policy is more flexible than the majority of third party booking agents, allowing both cancellation, for a small fee, or postponement free of charge outside 7 days of arrival, as well as a price match guarantee on our offers. We do always welcome any suggestions.
