“We booked and paid for a three night inclusive Christmas break and received confirmation the same day. It was a very easy process and all details and itinerary were emailed promptly after payment. However, the hotel did telephone 3 or4 weeks after booking to ask for payment which should have already gone through via credit card., which was a little disconcerting. I forwarded payment confirmation to them but in the meantime they had sorted it.”

“Good website. I called and spoke to Julia as I needed to put a third person on my booking. She was very helpful and called the hotel for me. She got a great price and put the breakdown of the costs in an email. All sorted and booked in a short time. Very pleased.”

“I received an email from offpeakluxury which peaked my interest so checked out there website, I'm so glad I did. I booked a Friday night in Harrogate in a beautiful hotel and also received a bottle of cava in the room on arrival and also a 2 course meal for two in the amazing hotel restaurant also included in the price of the room. The hotel was magnificent,the staff are a credit to the hotel so helpful and courteous. The food was amazing too, I highly recommend the old swan, it's amazing.”

“Easy to book. Clear what was included in each hotel. Only missed a star as a couple of the times I searched for a specific date, it was offering me places that has no availability, or would offer me all rooms for a place when there was only like a £1k penthouse available.”

“I think that you need to make the process of booking with a voucher much clearer and your website little more user friendly. It was quite confusing to know how to book in terms of voucher value and what we coips do. We had to call you to finalise the booking and spoke with your team who were really helpful and dealt with everything really well.”
