“Customer advisor was helpful although payment in full 11 months before our stay we found surprising and thought a deposit would be acceptable with payment in full nearer the date our stay.”

“Just returned from a 3 day break at Quay Hotel, Deganwy - much enjoyed. Please can you find more hotels in the north that fit your criteria, that also have disabled facilities, that are not on a golf course or in a city!! The Quay fitted our tastes beautifully, but without a very long drive south, it was the only one I could find!”

“Would have given a good/very good if it had made it VERY clear that a charge is applied for using credit card, if their was one,I must have missed the warning! I think a red warning should be very obvious.”

Thank you for yourfeedback. We do make a small charge for credit card bookings, which reflects the charges we have to pay. We do not charge for debit cards. The charge is highlighted throughout the booking process, and we do feel it is made clear to customers when and why this charge is levied. We hope you enjoy your break.
