“Customer service is excellent at offpeak. I sent a couple of requests following a booking and they were really helpful, polite and accommodated where they could. They offer great flexibility with bookings, which ive found other online companies dont do. Great deals at some of the most amazing places to stay. I highly recommend 👌”

“Our stay was a one night but our evening was lovely .. the food was very nice and staff were so friendly warm and accommodating.. the rooms were clean and spacious twin beds with a sofa and the canal view was amazing..lots of wild life to see . lovely canal path walk just over a mile into skipton .. we definitely will return ..”

“The web site was easy to navigate. I made a mistake in entering my 2 day stay. I thought I had used the calendar properly for my dates. When confirmation came through I spotted that I neeeded to bring forward the dates by a day. I rang iimmediately in panic. I lovely lady changed the dates, checked with the hotel, for availability and the dinner times and asked if it was a special event. It was. I was handled as a person and not a customer. Brilliant service.”
