The web site was easy to navigate. I made a mistake in entering my 2 day stay. I thought I had used the calendar properly for my dates. When confirmation came through I spotted that I neeeded to bring forward the dates by a day. I rang iimmediately in panic. I lovely lady changed the dates, checked with the hotel, for availability and the dinner times and asked if it was a special event. It was. I was handled as a person and not a customer. Brilliant service.
