“Rang late in day and said would ring me back next day So understood it would be next day before i received confirmation This did not occur so i had to ring up again. The woman was different to one i had spoken to previous day She was very helpful and rang me back with confirmation and that I would get email confirmation of my booking it is she who pulled you back fro poor to good review”

“The original hotel was unavailable but Lucie was very helpful and researched the hotels available at such short notice. We had a great weekend away with the help of Lucie's planning!”

“Found the site easy to follow, but object to paying £18 surcharge to pay on a Visa card. This only usually applies when paying on a debit card.”
