“The first e mail to arrange this Treat/Voucher for £180 was good B U T I havent heard from The Globe hotel yet that they will accept the voucher for 26th April for dinner bed and brekfast. I am waiting for their reply to my e mail. there telephone was busy for a long time last night. Margaret”

As you had a voucher purchased via Off Peak Luxury, as discussed with one of our reservations agents when you called, they have made the booking and redeemed the voucher. This is confirmed and booked with The Globe, Warwick for 26th April as requested on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. All you need to take with you is your confirmation, which we have sent you. “We found the hotel online first and then found the best price at a previously unheard of OPL. Checked them out and their reviews were all good so booked online with no difficulty. I then needed to check a detail and rang them. It was a real, helpful person who was friendly and knew what they were talking about. I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“I looked at the website but prefer to speak to someone for details. Websites in general are impersonal and one is not speaking to a local person who can say more of visitor attractions. The operator was extremely helpful and talked me through details of suitable rooms for our needs……this could not have been done on line.”

“Booking fairly simple. Did not confirm immediately, but got confirmation within the 24 hours promised. Hotel does not have the dining time we asked for so will have to phone to ask about this.”

“What lovely staff so helpful, after I had tried to book on the website. On the side booking search asked for no of people and when I put 1 still only would give the cost for 2 sharing!!! Maybe don’t have the option to put 1 as very misleading then looking at prices. However after speaking to Anne Marie she had no hesitation in doing her best for me so would book again with them on telephone. Was cheaper than booking directly with hotel. The only reason not 5 *review was the single occupancy confusion on website.”
