“Ordering was quick and easy and my hover board arrived really quickly. Haven’t used it yet as it is a Christmas present but it look amazing and can’t wait for my daughter to try it!!”

“My son was so exited when he received it, he was in his glory going out on it, few hours later he came home crying, one of the bolts for the hand control had came out, he spent 2 hours with his dad trying to retrace his steps finally found it. definitely think they should extra bolts.”

“I received my scooter yesterday and I'm really happy with it, but there has been a letdown too, after plugging in and charging for first time the charger cut out half an hour in and now does not work, it got very hot. “My son was thrilled with his hoverboard and kart and has used everyday since I put it together. We love the styling, including colour choice, bluetooth (to play music) and the flashing lights. It came surprisingly quickly too. Best buy this year.”

“My son was really pleased with this as red is his favour colour & camo is his thing at the moment the only issues we have had with the kart is the bolts need tightened often as one came off completely but luckily found it on the way home & saved us a trip to the hardware shop plus the wear on the wrap on the hover board as appears to be fading since having the kart attached as this is his favour way to wiz around as can go faster. All in all a great gift.”

“Bought the hover board and cart attachment for my 8 year old son for Christmas. Pre ordered it and it came mid November. Tried ot out but led lights didn't seem right. Contacted hoverboard and supplied a video of issue. Was assured no fault. Christmas day came and he loved it. Issue started again when he could only go in circles. Contacted Hoverboard and was sent back for repair. Came back 5 days later and seems fine. Happy with the service and understand these things happen. Great response from Hoverboard. Only gripe is I had to pay to return it. I could understand this if I was looking for a refund but not for a repair.”

“Very happy daughter has been careering around the house ever since her hoverboard arrived for Xmas. No issues so far, pretty simple to set up. Slight issue getting the model I specifically ordered but, once sorted, delivery was quick & efficient.”
