I got my son a hoover board for his birthday. Unfortunately it was faulty. After a bit of time trying to get in touch I spoke with someone at customer service who sent me a direct email asking for a short vid. Email communication commenced. Sent the item back on the Saturday and a new one arrived back on the Thursday. No issues at all. Only criticism was that they never let me know the outcome only got an email which I assumed was the hover board was a delivery confirmation off dpd. Now working fine and he is happy.
