“I bought the Black 8.5" Off Road Pro official Hoverboard for my sons birthday. It's fully functional rides well and performs as well as expected. The battery life and charge times are also as advertised. The board itself came with a really poor finish on the paint/plastic, with lots of defects, paint swirls and minor scratches before even unboxing. Also hard to see areas (screw joints underneath) where it looks like wet paint was smudged during assembly (a good couple inches of uneven paint showing white plastic underneath black paint). I probably should have returned it but didn't want to leave my son without his gift, and I figured it would pick up wear and tear pretty quickly anyway. The packaging also wasn't great and left a bit to be desired. For such a pricey product I would have expected a much high level of quality of finish and packaging. Physically it all works well and the boy is happy.”

“The scooter is fantastic. However, if you get a puncture it is the worse repair I've ever had to do. Really difficult and you will need the correct tools or else it will be a very expensive repair.”

“Hover board broke within one day of using it, dangerously hot and only moving in circles.. but it’s been sent back and they have put the shell of the one we sent back onto a new one so fingers crossed the second one won’t break!”

“Over the whole website, the choice of hoverboards is endless and I was delighted with the two I had ordered for my grandchildren. The Company boasts a guaranteed next day delivery and as a result of Black Friday deals, they were very busy and unable to fulfil that promise in my case. While I understood the reason for the delay, I felt the website should have removed the next day delivery promise while there were problems with that as it was misleading. That said, I did get to speak to a real person and their messaging service was very prompt and the problem acted on immediately.”
