Delivered on time, came well packaged. The hoverboard itself is fantastic and seems great. The kids love it and get on really well with it. However, I would highly advise against people getting the cart part for children under the age of 14 as this is very dangerous because of how sensitive it is. My 11 year old actually really hurt him self after his leg slipped and got trapped under the frame, the cart went zooming back and dragged him with it. Luckly he only has a few grazes! I couldn't find anywhere on the website that says it should be used by any age, only weight.
