“I bought my daughters Hummer Hoverboard last year from this company, just bought the seat for her birthday. I would and do highly recommend Official Hoverboard to a-lot of people. The hoverboard is great, she can use it on any ground (she’s so good on it) and has a great battery life! Amazing, fast delivery delivery. I cannot fault the product or the company. “We have two hoverboards from here, one very recently, and one 2 years ago. The hoverboard and kart from two years ago has had no issues, however the one recently had a faulty wheel on the kart after 5 hours of playing on it. Email was replied to within 12 hours about the faulty wheel and a new wheel was sent out.”

“I tried to order a Hoverboard attachment online, but unfortunately every time I chose stardust, I went through to my basket and it came up with black vortex . I contacted the company directly and they sent me an email to purchase the colour that I wanted. I was able to purchase it immediately and it was really helpful. Really impressed with the service.”

“Hoverboard has a fault and had to send back for an engineer to look at. The customer service has been great via email however we had to pay our own postage to send the hoverboard back. We haven’t heard yet if it is fixable but there is a 1 year warranty so I’m hopeful we will either get a fix or replacement. Again customer service has been great so far, so fingers crossed it’s a fix or replacement we get soon!”
