We have two hoverboards from here, one very recently, and one 2 years ago.
The hoverboard and kart from two years ago has had no issues, however the one recently had a faulty wheel on the kart after 5 hours of playing on it.
Email was replied to within 12 hours about the faulty wheel and a new wheel was sent out.
