“Upon returning the item even though it is stated a 28 day return you are judged by any amount of distance you go in trying to request a refund in my case half the price back also if you don’t have the original box they hold that against you even if you ask to purchase a new one for returning but customer support in itself will tell you your scooter is worth more but because they can’t sell it as new or unused and if they could labour would be included again which isn’t in the terms and conditions please do not purchase kind of scooter from this company they will say pretty much anything in an email to not have to pay you the right amount of money I bought a scooter for £270 was also charged £20 for a returns label to be offered £130”
