I realised when I ordered the garment it would be the wrong size and immediately contacted the seller they refused to cancel so I ended up having to pay additional shipping costs sending it back will not use again

Took my money, sent an order confirmation and then waited til 2 days before Christmas to then email me to say it was out of stock and a few more days before returning money. Left me no time to get a replacement Christmas present.

Was called to be told that the coat I ordered online had holes in and might have been caused by a mat or rat whilst it was in warehouse, and there was no others to send out instead!

Paid for a tee shirt and got parcelforce email saying they’ve received my parcel, then got a refund 10 minutes later with no explanation and obviously no tee shirt

Can I just put this so called purchase you took money out of my account for an item you did not even have in stock absolutely ridiculous tried purchasing this item for a present leaving me to explain what had happened i have let everyone I know just how bad this company is ridiculous and I've received information I am not the only person that this has happened to .

Lovely bag but think for the cost of item it should have been packaged better it was all squashed, plastic bag packaging very poor

I bought black combat style pants…..when i opened the plastic bag the pants came in the pants where dirty and had foot prints on them….black pants and could clearly see foot prints on them…..obvious the pants where not handled properly in warehouse and mishandled….soo annoying i didnt want to send them back because of the headache in doing so

Really unprofessional service. Received the wrong item after being questioned for my address. When requesting the item to be reshipped, the item was out of stock… This doesn’t add up. Was the item originally out of stock? Twice this has happened now from ordering from ODS. Not acceptable for an expensive product. I will not be shopping here again. However, despite my disappointing shopping experience, I had a very quick and apologetic response from an employee named Jordan, after I emailed to explain my order was wrong. Still awaiting s refund.

You advertise things that you can’t sell and then update customers with the fact they are being dispatched also, then send email to say sorry we can’t sell this!! Don’t advertise things you can’t sell!! Nomination links!
