“I have always purchased from you even jewellery, especially Christmas and birthdays. I ordered a bag as a gift and waited two days for the delivery. DPD confirmed that they had received a request to deliver., in the end I decided to call you to be told that my order was cancelled even though it was in stock when I ordered it I was told that “we sell in the shop too so it ran out of stock sorry about that” one thing that I really needed too I feel so let down by you especially asking for a review on a purchase that was cancelled without any notification.”
