“We had a wonderful time choosing Christmas presents in the shop. The staff were so helpful and friendly and Ruby the dog was a lovely addition to the shop. Highly recommend anyone to go.”

“I bought a pair of trainers from OD’s well I should say pair, I received 2 right feet, I had to call the shop twice and email before I had a response. On the 3rd day I spoke to a helpful man that arranged for my trainers to be returned. I’m still yet to receive my trainers”

Hi Rachel, Thanks for getting in touch. Your original order has not yet been returned to us, therefore we cant send out the replacement until it arrives. I have tracked your return on the DPD system ,it was collected from the pick up shop on the 29th, it left the Cardiff depo on the 31st, and reached the Liverpool Depo today. So we hope that it gets delivered to us today. We can then process that, and get the correct original order sent out to you. Sorry for the original mix up with the order.
