“Very poor, the watch I received looked liked it was used and worn when I phoned the customer service to inform about this, they said i have to return it at my cost when this wasn’t my fault, they didn’t seem bothered and kept repeating same thing. I was stuck with a used watch which was a gift and I couldn’t give due to the condition. Poor service Poor Quality item”

“Very poor service. I thought my delivery would come in 3-5 days. It has now been 10 days since I ordered it, and I still haven't got my delivery. Tomorrow I am travelling to an entire different country. I will send back my order.”

“Wasn’t notified when my order was cancelled. I had to chase it up a week later. They then emailed me. With no compensation and no apology. I needed that dress for my daughter for a wedding that week. Incredibly disappointing. They should have at least notified me straight away if the item was sold out instead of waiting at least a week when i emailed them.”
