Wasn’t notified when my order was cancelled. I had to chase it up a week later. They then emailed me. With no compensation and no apology. I needed that dress for my daughter for a wedding that week. Incredibly disappointing. They should have at least notified me straight away if the item was sold out instead of waiting at least a week when i emailed them.
