“Great items,good price in the sale. Would like more postage options as wasn't able to divert parcels to a pick up point wich would've been more convenient for me, Would be great if OD's used a standard delivery DPD rather than local next day as these cannot be diverted.”

“Absolutely rubbish at resolving an issue Balmaim bag changing bag purchase Only used it for few weeks button kept on falling off sent it back as was asked to do so nearly six months and still waiting for them to either fix the bag or send a solution emailed them many many times only response is we trying into get it sorted No resolution common how can you make a customer wait six months for a fault item and no like I ripped it it was faulty it should be been exchanged and nearly six months on I’m still waiting my baby’s 10 Months and have no baby bag how ridiculous poor service”

“Haven’t received this order yet ? No I’m having problems with this order as my parcels always get left in the porch and there is never a problem with this I’m really annoyed as I’m only home till 9.30 in the morning so they would have to come before them how am I going to receive this parcel if I’m not home just leave in porch l”

Hi Angela, I have tracked your parcel on the DPD portal and it looks like delivery was attempted on the 24th but missed? You should have received correspondence over email / text from DPD Regarding this and also with your pin number to receive the parcel. The tracking says delivery will be attempted again on Wed 31 January. Someone needs to be home to receive the parcel and the pin number needs to be provided to the driver for security.
