“Ordered an item which was out of stock unfortunately but they let me know immediately and sorted it for me. As an apology I was given 20% off my next purchase which I was made up with. Definitely recommend, plenty of choice and good prices.”

“Ordered through my phone app for collection. Changed to collection from delivery on the app. Order went through with £11.99 postage that I did not request. Unable to cancel. Very disappointed as I live less than a mile from the shop so why would I request delivery at £11.99. Very reluctant to order again.”

Hi Carl, thanks for the feedback. When an order is made through the site, the customer is not able to change the delivery options themselves as a refund on postage would need to be made. We are always happy to change an order that has not been shipped if a customer reaches out to us. I have looked and cant find any records of contact for this order. We can only apologise for your experience on this occasion.

Hi Ian, on the rare occasion the available stock we have can be incorrect. We can only apologise for this. In terms of your refund it was processed on the 4th of September, the same day as the order, I would advise double checking with your bank.

“Really quick depatch on purchases, the size I ordered for my little boy was too small so I rang the shop the day it arrived to me and they had the next size up in store so I went to pick it up and it was ready waiting for me. Bought the item in a 20% off sale which had ended when I exchanged it and didn’t have to pay the additional amount! Exceptional customer service, definelty will be a returning customer”

“I recently bought from OD’s , the whole experience was enjoyable from the easy to use website through to the prompt delivery , I ordered several items that were in the sale and the prices were excellent. I needed to send 1 item back as it did not fit as I like and the return was easy and a prompt payment returned, I would gladly order from OD’s again”

“Sadly the shirt was too small so is on its way to be returned. It was a lovely shirt however at a great price. Cost to return was over £7 to which I wasn’t expecting.”
