“No problem with company, delivered when said, only issue being my item was too small and needed sending back, the company could make the process a little easier by putting a returns form printed in the original delivery, you have to print your own returns for to fill out, which if you don’t have a printer is a bit of a pain, other than that seems a decent shop”

“I understand the no contact policy but after the palaver from Parcel force I only today received my bag. My office is about 300 meters from you at century house. The tracking said they had tried to deliver and left a card. This was untrue and we have signs up to ensure deliveries are still made as we regularly get PPE delivered. Apparently they cannot call to have parcels taken from them but every other company delivering does. I really didn’t believe an attempt had been made and at first requested I collect from Liverpool. The excellent is for your shop and not for your choice of delivery”
