“Have been coming to the St Helens branch store for a while now and bought multiple items, staff are always fantastic, first time ordering online due to the covid 19 virus, item was lovely and delivery extremely fast, will be ordering again if not I hope to see ODS staff in store. Thank you”

“I’ve return my item due the size being too small and emailed them 3 times to find out what is the progress or have they received my item but no response. I am still waiting to hear have they received the return. I will update the page if this gets sorted”

“Awful customer services. I placed an order online on the 22nd of March. Money taken. No order delivered. No correspondence. Not answering the telephone and not replying to emails. I know that things are stretched at the minute, but they should be responding to customer queries if they are still taking orders and processing payments. Definitely will NOT use these again.”
