“My order got cancelled. I did however get a refund but received no explanation on why more order got cancelled.”

Hi Karina, your order was refunded as we are not allowed to sell individual Nomination Links unless accompanied with the purchase of a charm. Your order was for 6 individual links and no charm. This information is stated on the product image, in the product description and also on the product pop up which you accepted. We're sorry you didn't receive an explanation with the refund email. “Goods delivered promptly and in good condition. My gripe is that online OD offered free delivery but still charged £5.95. When I queried this with OD I received no feedback at all.”

Thank you so much for your feedback, Sue, during the time of you order we where offering free delivery on full price orders over £50. However the two items you purchased where part of the 22% off promotion. This means the items where not full price, and therefore did not fall within the criteria for free shipping. We're glad the items arrived in good condition and quickly. However we are sorry you didn't receive a response for your query. Thanks for getting in touch, OD's.

“We had a wonderful time choosing Christmas presents in the shop. The staff were so helpful and friendly and Ruby the dog was a lovely addition to the shop. Highly recommend anyone to go.”

“I bought a pair of trainers from OD’s well I should say pair, I received 2 right feet, I had to call the shop twice and email before I had a response. On the 3rd day I spoke to a helpful man that arranged for my trainers to be returned. I’m still yet to receive my trainers”

Hi Rachel, Thanks for getting in touch. Your original order has not yet been returned to us, therefore we cant send out the replacement until it arrives. I have tracked your return on the DPD system ,it was collected from the pick up shop on the 29th, it left the Cardiff depo on the 31st, and reached the Liverpool Depo today. So we hope that it gets delivered to us today. We can then process that, and get the correct original order sent out to you. Sorry for the original mix up with the order.
