“Great customer service the only delay of 1 week was caused by DPD which I eventually resolved with DPD directly. Jordan responded promptly to my questions about delivery delay and followed up with an email. Friendly and personable customer experience overall. Goods fully meeting expectation.”

Hi Cam, we are sorry there was an issue with your order. We did have the stock available for your order, but when the staff in-store processed it. We found a defect in the Jacket and we didn't want to ship it out in that condition, so we refunded the order, and the stock was auto added back onto the site by accident. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

“Ordered an item which was out of stock unfortunately but they let me know immediately and sorted it for me. As an apology I was given 20% off my next purchase which I was made up with. Definitely recommend, plenty of choice and good prices.”

“Ordered through my phone app for collection. Changed to collection from delivery on the app. Order went through with £11.99 postage that I did not request. Unable to cancel. Very disappointed as I live less than a mile from the shop so why would I request delivery at £11.99. Very reluctant to order again.”

Hi Carl, thanks for the feedback. When an order is made through the site, the customer is not able to change the delivery options themselves as a refund on postage would need to be made. We are always happy to change an order that has not been shipped if a customer reaches out to us. I have looked and cant find any records of contact for this order. We can only apologise for your experience on this occasion.

Hi Ian, on the rare occasion the available stock we have can be incorrect. We can only apologise for this. In terms of your refund it was processed on the 4th of September, the same day as the order, I would advise double checking with your bank.
