“I have been drinking this product in a fruit smoothie for just over two weeks replacing 2 meals per day but eating a normal dinner, I do feel more energised, I lost 5 pounds in the first ten days, but as usual I seem to have plateaued since, and haven't lost any more. however because I am feeling better I am going to stick with it. It is expensive,which is why I give it 4 stars but I am saving money on the breakfasts and lunches I would normally eat. and it has started me on the route to losing weight.”

“Hi. I actually quite like the taste and have mine with lactose free or almond milk and a banana. I have mine for breakfast and hope it is very healthy and also aiding some weight loss. No evidence yet though. I shall persevere as I’ve read others reviews and heard how they’ve been pleased with results.”

“I bought Nutriseed 2 weeks ago, I have used it every day, it fills you up for an hour or so, but I didn't think it stopped any urge to nibble in between meals, as others have stated.But i will carry on using it as i love the nutty flavour.”

“I've given 4/5 as I for the nutiseed in a smoothie as it tastes good and filled me up . Its lost 1 star as the added Stevia I think makes it too sweet for my taste and I'd liked the choice to add my own amount . When fruit is added to the smoothie it sweetens so I don't feel it needs extra sweetness added. Otherwise a great product”

“I bought the Nutriseed initially to help lose some stomach fat after the menopause. I was skeptical that I would feel full enough just drinking a shake for lunch, especially as I am fairly active and need the energy! I love Nutriseed; I drink it with almond milk and it keeps me going till supper and I don't feel hungry! I love the added benefit of mot having to plan lunch! It's so quick and easy and involves minimum preparation. Brilliant! Already lost 1" on my waist after 2 weeks use. Will be back for more. Only bought one pack to try but the three pack deal is fantastic and a real money saver.”
