“Well I was sceptical about the product, but must admit i am pleasantly surprised by how much i actually like it. I have only been using it for a week and must say im impressed.. Im still in the experimental stage of trying different fruits and vegetables but I can honestly say im very happy with it..”

“It tastes good, if you want some recipes Google for them, I prefer green smoothie's. It worked for me, felt satisfied until just before my lunch, so can manage to wait the 1/2 hour. I have lost the bloat, feel better in my head and have more energy. My only challenge is I don't sleep for as long as normal, just get up and do my yoga.”

“I’m only on my fourth day of using nutriseed hence my middle of the road score. There isn’t anything bad about it. I’m still experimenting with what I’m mixing with for the smoothie and am finding the banana makes it a bit gloopy so am eating that on the side. Time will tell if it makes any difference to my weight but I can say that I am using it for lunches and I haven’t been hungry after it. Managing to get through the afternoon without snacking 😀”
