“Our vet recommended psyllium for our border terrier to bulk out her food, thus reducing her hunger between meals. It worked a treat and she now has a teaspoon of Nutriseed added to her food at every meal.”

“The products are over priced, simply buying things in bulk and repackaging them in "iconic" bags, doesn't justify the price, the posting was very slow, I would expect free next day delivery for over £30 spent, as per the norm, so very dissapointed despite the up beat feel of the website :o(”

“Great taste, and it’s great that the customer service was first class, great customer service makes all the difference when choosing to stay with a particular supplier, there was a problem with my order and this was dealt with immediately and professionally I am very impressed with your customer service, you just don’t get service like yours any more, well done.”

“My delivery did not arrive on the expected delivery day, no body rang me and when I rang was told it would be 2 days late and I explained I was moving to a new address. I was told I would get delivery cost only reimbursed I asked to give the new address but the call dropped and when I called back the lines were closed. No one rang me back, the delivery arrived the next day unannounced and was delivered to my ex flat mate already defrosted and ruined. I still have no follow up or return on my money.”

“I love the products. The packaging is simple and convenient and the contents are of good quality. Only one thing to mention here, Nutriseed's distribution department have gotten my order not completely correct. As a new customer, the first order I made I didn't receive all of my items on the invoice, but received two bags of cacao paste instead of Ashwagandha. I telephoned and explained, a new delivery was sent out which I received with still an item missing. In total, it took 3 deliveries from Nutriseed to fulfil my order. Not really cause for complaint as I believe Nutriseed did the right thing - I received all of my order. I ordered more items during the Black Friday sales. This time I received cacao powder instead of the cacao beans I had ordered. I explained what had happened and a new order was sent out containing the cacao beans, only whe I opened the new package, there was more cacao powder in there. I have yet to inform Nutriseed of this error, but I intend to do so very soon. Otherwise, I love Nutriseed :-)”

“my order was wrong, I ordered Wheatgrass and got Hemp seed, my partner left a message on your phone on the day of delivery, I sent you an email but no response so not happy. understand mistakes happen but to not follow up does annoy me. Products that I did ordered were great, delivery on time. P. Bailey”
