“They were not the right size to what I ordered and this is so annoying. I always have this problem when I order. I always receive smaller bras.”

“I like the way the bras are set out on the website and the selection. However, it allowed me to purchase a bra that wasn't available - it was all refunded etc, but I shouldn't really have been able to make the purchase to start with. And then the other bra that I ordered came, but I felt the sizing was too small. I have emailed twice now for advice on sizing/returning/exchanging and haven't had a response.”

“Happy with one of the bras and delivery. I returned one of the bras as it was a bit tight. I haven't received the refund yet and I sent the item back on 17/1. I have emailed twice and made phone calls and still not got my refund!! Not happy with this as they aren't cheap!”

“While my bras arrived on time and were good quality, I've tried contacting customer service a few times about their free returns policy and have had no response! The bras aren't cheap and there should be an easier way to deal with returns!”

“How do you get a free return? There is nothing on the website to explain how to achieve this although it is advertised, and despite two emails requesting reviews of their service, no one has replied to my email asking how to do a simple free return.”

“I received my order promptly and all was as I expected. Unfortunately the bra didn't fit me, I emailed nursing bra shop to query about returning the item I received no response. I filled out the question section of the website and received a quick reply but they completely misunderstood my question, I responded to clarify and have received no further emails. I have now had a bra that I want to return sitting on my side for 2 weeks the communication from the company seems lacking.”

“Delivery was really quick and order was correct. However returned 2 items as didnt fit properly and still awaiting the refund. I am yet to receive a response from my follow up email requesting confirmation of them receiving the returns.”

“I don’t love it. It makes my breasts look super weird and it feels like there are too many moving parts (the filling). I’m hoping it’ll be useful as a sleeping bra once I give birth”

“My review is for Customer Service and not the bras. I’ve ordered 3 bras and one of them was not even in a plastic bag/ packed properly, it was missing the label and looked like worn. I had to return 2 of them as they were too big. The return process was again unsatisfactory as I had to pay to return my parcel. I’m still waiting for a confirmation of the items being received and having my refund. The products are good but you need to improve your customer service. Good luck !”

“Well, I placed my order on December 22nd, not really expecting to receive it until January. But I still haven't received it or any update on whether it has even been shipped yet. But you did ask me for a review already on January 2nd.. So here you are: I'm not impressed.”

“Loved the many options and they are at a good price but unfortunately my parcel took over 2 weeks to arrive but when I emailed to chance my order they didn't seem to care. No apologies no explanation and no effort to try and trace where it was”
