“APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not use this company! Order placed over three weeks ago, and I have yet to receive it! I have sent 5 emails asking to be updated on the status of my order, and called every day last week! No contact, yet payment was taken.Is this a fraudulent company? I placed my order based upon positive reviews and the fact they said on their homepage that they turn orders around the next day.This is not true in my case! Considering their customer base is pregnant women and new mothers…save yourself the stress and hassle and avoid this company.I am now going to have to go through my bank to try to get my money back as the company are not responding to my calls or emails.”

“The bra has already had its tags taken off and had milk stains in the bra. When purchasing a bra for £34.00 one would expect a new bra to be sent and not one that had been visibly worn and dirty. I have requested a refund for this. I did also get it in an off white and that one came new and fit perfectly just shame the black one was dirty”

“I placed 2 orders, one was received as ordered, the 2nd wasn’t what I ordered. I called twice and got through to voicemail. I have left 2 messages, but have has no response. I have emailed using the email address from the invoice and their direct email, requesting a refund but still no response. I have returned the bra and paid for the postage, but have had no acknowledgment. The customer service is non existent. Not very happy at all”

“I'm so disappointed. Six years ago I ordered 2 bras and everything was excellent. This time I ordered on 24.10.22 abd didn't get it yet. I sent you emails but you ignored them. I am going to report about it to PayPal.”

“I purchased a bra which I needed for the weekend, paid extra to have it shipped quickly then a couple of days later when it was meant to be delivered I received a refund. No email to say out of stock or sorry couldn’t be shipped, I even had to Google where the refund was from as it wasn’t named nursing bra shop. It was then Friday so I couldn’t get a bra in time so I feel very disappointed!”

“Extremely poor service from this website, no communication. If you don’t know the exact bra you want don’t order. Tried to phone several times, leaving a voicemail and emailed a fair few with no response. My ordered turned up 3 weeks late with also zero communication on dispatch etc. I though this company was a scam. Now I’m worried to return as I don’t think I will actually get a refund.”

“Informed by a very informal email that my order was cancelled for no given reason and refund requested. I emailed to ask why it was cancelled and received an email days later saying it was out of stock. Still waiting for refund.”

“I never received the bra that I ordered and paid for. I tried to email this company several times to ask what happened to my order and no reply. Money stolen. Do not trust this site. Do not purchase anything here.”

“It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I haven't received anything yet. Nobody picks up the phone or replies to emails/messages. At the moment I can only say: AVOID THIS SHOP.”

“After 20 days from my purchase my order still hasn't arrived. 5 days from my purchase I received an email, asking me if I would like to take a refund or wait for my product to arrive in the delivery next week. The week had passed and, despite of my enquiries, I haven't received any dispatch information or my product. I am bitterly disappointed with the service I received and I am still waiting to receive my order or a refund.”

“I'm quite disappointed with the breast pad I purchased. They have very bad absorption and didn't really catch much of my leaking. I tried all six pads of the boxes in different days, unfortunately none of them worked! Also the pads themselves are really small and cause a lot of fluff on my nipples.”
