I like the way the bras are set out on the website and the selection. However, it allowed me to purchase a bra that wasn't available - it was all refunded etc, but I shouldn't really have been able to make the purchase to start with. And then the other bra that I ordered came, but I felt the sizing was too small. I have emailed twice now for advice on sizing/returning/exchanging and haven't had a response.
