APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not use this company! Order placed over three weeks ago, and I have yet to receive it! I have sent 5 emails asking to be updated on the status of my order, and called every day last week! No contact, yet payment was taken.Is this a fraudulent company? I placed my order based upon positive reviews and the fact they said on their homepage that they turn orders around the next day.This is not true in my case! Considering their customer base is pregnant women and new mothers…save yourself the stress and hassle and avoid this company.I am now going to have to go through my bank to try to get my money back as the company are not responding to my calls or emails.
