“I ordered a new thermal rash vest and thermal leggings on the Friday around lunch time. Imagine my surprise to receive them by Saturday. The items were well but not excessively packaged which is a definite bonus. The price was the cheapest I could find online so Five stars from me. I'll be checking NorthShore for all my future purchases.”

“I was after a particular Werner paddle but couldn't get one anywhere in UK. Werner told me the paddle was still being produced. So I waited and waited and waited. It disappeared from their website. Jess and Kevin took the trouble to establish that what I wanted had not been made for 2 years in a 2 piece format. They went on to source me a one piece with a discount allowing me to get a holdall which I always fancied but thouhjt I wouldnt be able to afford. Hopefully I get it all next week. Thank you so much guys. Really appreciate the trouble you went to for me and you wrte eady yo deal with by Email and phone. Top drawer!”

Hi Kelly I am really sorry you are yet to receive your purchase. We were stock taking last week and couldn't dispatch any orders, we ordered it from our supplier on Monday and was hoping it would have arrived yesterday to dispatch. “Order placed Monday, did not pay for next day delivery but expected it to ship soon 'ish. It's now Saturday and order is still only showing payment received and appears to have not progressed since Monday. Will probably cancel and order elsewhere.”

“The Grey Owl paddle bag is for my Grandson's birthday on 1st April along with a new Grey Owl oar that his parents have bought for him. He completed an apprenticeship course at the end of last year to become an Educational Outdoor Activity Instructor with distinction. So, special treats for him.
