DriveDen product ok but the courier they use Fedex avoid like a plague!!. Dumped just under £100's worth of roof rails against porch for all to see and potentially steal. After being asked to leave with neighbours. Contacted Fedex to raise complaint, waste of time. Will not being using again or friends or family

Ordered on Friday for next day delivery, now weds and no sign of delivery. Chased on Monday to be advised fedex were updating systems & got a pathetic apology. I then went back & pointed out that I’d paid for next day delivery & surely I should get that refunded? That was done but no help in getting parcel delivered… shockingly poor customer service! I would avoid

We are sorry for the delays on your order, but I feel this is a little unfair. Fedex have been stuggling to get all orders out next day due to covid isolations of staff. this is a nation issue. We spent the morning phoning fedex depots to get your order to you by lunch today. We have done our best to help get the order to you, which you now have. Very few companies would have chased this down until it was delivered and kept you updated along the way.

Very very disappointed indeed! I ordered myself a brand new pair of kayak bars specifically from this site, costing me approx £180.00 Already having a second non thule pair purchased from e-bay but now needing a 2nd pair, I thought I could not get better than Thule. Unfortunately and very disappointed I was TOTALLY wrong! I literally used them once, travelled no further than 20 miles to my local club in Nottingham when enroute I heard a flapping sound. The actual spacers through which the Thule straps pass through on the top of the bars actually detached from place, literally came off! Thankfully the straps were passed from underneath and through the actual cross bars on the car and that was the only reason my I did not loose my kayak or worse of all cause a serious accident. I actually sent pictures of the damage and fault on the bars to Thule but unfortunately heard nothing back. Very disappointing Thule, one wonders whether your products are typically just unjustifiably over priced for simply being "branded"!

I paid for the next day delivery (the order was Thursday at 08:30), and I received the package on Tuesday, without any explanation of the delay

An absolutely awful experience, I have been waiting for my Thule Edge Wingbars for over two weeks now. I have followed up with the delivery company (FedEx) as well as DriveDen on two occasions and I have still not had my issue resolved. This is after expecting the delivery within two days. Extremely disappointing!

Sorry to see this. Our review invites are automated to be sent 7 days after orders are shipped. I can see you emailed us 1 hour ago to check on your delivery. So feel this review is a little unfair. We have located your delivery and emailed you details.

The first order I made whit you guys, have arrived after 2 weeks, despite the information on the website 2-3 working days... the second one, even if I paid for next day delivery, the order came after 2 days 🙄 so I paid for? Not happy at all...

Sorry to see this. I have checked your order, and can see that the item ordered was one we list with a longer shipping time, as it is one of the few Thule items we do not keep in stock, so next day is not an option online. I can see we sent emails to keep you updated as to the delivery times.

Boot liner fits ok. However, I emailed you about the poor delivery service I paid you for and have had no response, so your customer service is poor. Paid for next day arrived on the 4th international company like FedEx dont work weekends?!?! Tracking info very poor, they should take lessons from Amazon.

Hi there, Sorry to hear this. I have double checked all our email boxes and there is no email from you reporting this delay. I can see that we shipped on the Thursday, and it should have been with you Friday, however arrived Monday. Unfortunately this can sometimes happen, and it is very rare, but sometimes issues with the couriers will arise. I have refunded your shipping costs, and wanted to apologies for this delay. If you want your item fast and living in uk order from somewhere else, waiting nearly two weeks and still delivery date pending after I paid for faster delivery. Very disappointed!

Sorry to hear this. I have checked the order, and it was made the evening before good Friday. As the monday was also a bank holiday, we posted on the Tuesday, or delivery Wednesday. It looks like Fedex delivered to you on the Thursday, so in this case was one day late. I will issue a refund for the next day postage paid.

I am receiving marketing emails that I did not sign up for and there is no obvious way to unsubscribe. GDPR regulation breach.

Hi Guy, We're sorry you received any unwanted email newsletters. We noticed that you signed up to our newsletter in December last year via one of website forms. All of our marketing emails have a clear unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter so individuals can opt-out from messages they no longer wish to receive. If you continue using FedEX as delivery service I will stop buying from you. My order has been dispatched on the 18th and I am constantly on the phone with them as the parcel didn't arrive yet. Completely useless service!

We are sorry to hear this. Generally we are finding FedEx good, and after using others in the last 12 months they are by far the best in our experience, but unfortunately all couriers seem to be struggling with the huge volume of parcels caused by the shops being closed. I can see we have been chasing this up with FedEx and trying to fix this for you.

They cancelled my order without consulting me or telling me why. I emailed them for an explanation and got no response. Poor customer service and communication.

Sorry to hear this. I have checked the details, and can see we emailed on the 5th to explain. Unfortunately we have not yet had the correct paperwork through to allow us to ship to Northern Ireland, and had to refund your order. We hope this will be resolved soon.

I'm very disappointed, I bought my roof box on the impression I was getting the best deal on black friday with a discount code of £30 off the £275 roof box I bought, paying £245.…shortly after buying the box I kept getting ebay offers to buy the same roof box at a discount price, low as £222 which made me feel that I didn't get a great deal after all, all I had to do was wait a week!!! Coned....

Hi, As explained on email, the Web offer was still the best offer. The ebay offer is sent out by ebay, as they sometimes add offers. The ebay listing is subject to a shipping charge, which makes it the same or more than the website. We ran a black friday promo on ebay for 15% off, making it £233 + 15 shipping. We then sent a 10% offer through ebay for customers that signed up for notifications. This was for £275 - 10%. So the web offer you got was still the lowest you could have purchased for. Hello Mr Jones, Sorry to see you have been unhappy with the delivery of your order. I have checked our emails and can see we have been looking into this for you and replying back about the delivery. I can see Fedex attempted delivery the day after dispatch, but it says you were not home. We are checking with fedex as to why it was not automatically re attempted the next working day. You should have received a text notification allowing you to select a re attempt day if a mobile number was in our system. Our team are chasing Fedex for an answer, but i can see from tracking it is out for delivery today. I bought Ford C-Max floormats , the one they sent me doesn’t fit in my car , wasn’t the appropriate size . When I emailed them back about returning the item they said I have to pay for return postage, which it wasn’t my fault.
