“A good experience as it was easy to double check I was ordering the correct liner for my car. I was extra careful as my car is a new facelift model so I hoped all would be well. Of course it was so I was very pleased to have the liner arrive promptly. I only had to trim a small piece to allow for the chassis of a boot hoist I have fitted. The liner was thinner than I was expecting but it fits well and does the job intended.”

Hi Kevin. Unfortunately, you had selected bars for an open rail roof which were clearly labelled as fitting an 'open rail' roof. The bars you needed are for 'Non rail'. Please contact us so that we can get these exchanged for you. Kind regards.

“These bars are not level with each other once fitted to a Mercedes CLS estate - and therefore were not fit for purpose for my tent box roof tent - which is the sole purpose I had bought them for”

Hi. Sorry to hear that. This is solely due to the adverse slope on the front of the CLS shooting brake. You will struggle to find a set that sits at the same height anywhere unfortunately. Kind regards.
