“Not happy with the delivery company. Wrong house, wrong street. Fortunately the delivery companies app pinpointed the package had been delivered some way away, but I was able to retrieve it! Why use such a useless delivery company. Roof rack was fine, after a bit of trial and error re assembly.”

Hello Mr Waugh, I am sorry to hear the delivery of this order did not go as planned this time. We are very careful with the couriers we use to try and limit mistakes and delays, which are a very small percentage. I hope that you will consider using us in the future.
