“So, DriveDen advised that the roof bars I asked about would be OK on a Fiat 500L with a glass roof. Actually the bars didn't fit. Forgivable, as a couple of other 'check your Reg' websites had also claimed they would. When I wrote to tell them, the DriveDen guy couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful. The bars were collected by DHL next day and returned. Making an error is easy. Recovering a situation this well is rarer, and all credit to DD for their attitude.”
