“Whereas the articles are excellent, as to be expected from Thule products, the DHL delivery was atrocious. I was not going to be in when delivered so selected the "Leave with a neighbour" option. Unfortunately DHL totally ignored this and left it at the front of my house, open to the elements and all untrustworthy foot traffic! By good fortune, our neighbours/friends from across the road noticed the large, expensive (£300) package and called me. When I said that I was out all day they very kindly picked it up from the door step and kept it safe until my return! The low star score is not meant as a reflection on DriveDen's service but on the disappointing delivery service/couriers.”

Hi Chris. Sorry to hear that. We have raised an official complaint with DHL as this should not have been left outside of your property! Please accept our apologies on behalf of the courier.
