“Generally good, with reasonably priced/quality products and prompt response to my enquiry. Failed to gain 5 stars though, as there was no clear acceptance of an issue with their software recommending further accessories which are inappropriate (in my case I additionally purchased a luggage net recommended for my car, only to find it was way too small. Driveden said I could send it back for a refund, but the cost of posting made this prohibitive).”

“I am not a very experienced Internet buyer. I spent about an hour (maybe 2)on your site trying to work out what I needed. I placed my items in the shopping basket (about £ 1200.00) and tried to arrange delivery only to be told that you don't deliver to Ireland ... only to the UK. Well that is all very interesting but I live in Northern Ireland, which the last time I looked was still part of the UK. So that was a complete waste of time. Maybe it should be "flagged up" at the start before all that time is wasted. DELIVERY ONLY TO MAINLAND UK.”

Sorry to hear this, and apologies that your location was confused with Ireland. We can send to Northern Ireland, however, our site has a maximum weight and size set for that courier, which was exceeded and caused no shipping options to appear. This is because although we can send to NI we are limited by the size of some items that cannot be sent by our current courier.
