“Ordering was straightforward. Given the plethora of different types of fitting, it was very reassuring to know that the mountings were going to be correct for the closed roof rails that are on my particular make and model (Kia E-Niro 2020). Being able to change the delivery destination when I knew I would be out was also helpful. There was a split in the outer packaging (hence 4 *), but no damage or loss to contents of the order.”

“Having made my initial contact (late in the afternoon) I got a response the next morning. A few emails back and the team were able to confirm the right setup for my car (hitherto impossible elsewhere unless I paid dealer prices at 3x this price). The item was ordered, arrived very quickly and the instructions were a doddle - not sure how people cannot follow them, they are a piece of cake! All in all I felt happy and confident in the process and am delighted with the result. Thank you!”

“Easy to order on the internet and I was able to change the delivery day to suit myself. The delivery was prompt to the notification that I was given and everything was in perfect condition. Fitting instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only additional knowledge was that fitting the plastic lock assemblies to the roof bars required filing the plastic covers under the roof bars to allow the lock to work.”

“The website is fantastic, it takes the guess work out of ensuring the product will fit by allowing you to select a specific car make/model/year. The pricing is fair with the added benefit of splitting your payments over a number of months making the cost less of a concern. Talking about cost, the pricing is fair with options offered to accommodate for any budget. Delivery was fast and the product arrived in excellent condition.”
