“I've been after a set of rubber matts for my Skoda Superb for some time. After realising that the VAG genuine matts aren't the quality they used to be I decided to look elsewhere. I came across Driveden's rubber matts through a quick search of the internet and I have to say I am more than impressed with the quality no end. Half the price and twice the quality. I was anxious about them smelling really strong but they have been fine as after a few days the initial new rubber smell is fading. The matts fit in perfectly onto the existing carpet mount plugs so you do need to ensure you have those or else you'd need to buy some extra (none were included). Needless to say I shall return to purchase more matts in the future if I ever need some for another vehicle.”

“Excellent service. The roof bars I needed were out of stock. They mailed me back promptly to let me know when they would be in. As soon as they had a delivery, I was mailed to inform me that they were available. I ordered them immediately and received them the following day. I have used DriveDen previously and they have always been competitive on price and great to deal with.”

“I received the roof bars and tried to fit them but unfortunately they weren't fit for purpose on my vehicle. I contacted customer service who then arranged a collection which was quick and easy and then promptly received a refund. Many thanks to the customer service department.”

Hi Daniel. Sorry to see your negative product review. Please allow us to resolve the issue for you. We are concerned to hear that you have been advised that the bars are not safe. All of our bars sets are fully tested and certified to the highest TUV standards so for them to not be safe could only mean either incorrect installation, a faulty part or the bars are not designed for your vehicle. Please also bear in mind that Halfords are a competitor and do not specialise in roof bars whereas this is our entire business, in which we specialise and pride ourselves on 100% safety record and a high level of customer satisfaction and feedback. Can we start by taking your vehicle reg along with some pictures of the bars installed on your vehicle please. Kind regards.
