“Express delivery should mean express delivery, if the courier that you use cannot offer this service then you sould use an alternative courier. To order pm on a Thursday and not recieve until pm on the Monday is not express.”

Hi. As advertised next day orders need to be placed before 14:00 on the day before. As your order was placed at 20:00 on a Thursday, it was dispatched on Friday and delivered on the next working day (Monday). I hope this clears things up. Kind regards.
