Hi Angus. As with all Thule sets, this is usually comprised of 3 interchangeable components. We feel that once you contacted us, we helped you to find the correct components and also refunded your delivery fee as a gesture of goodwill. Kind regards.

“Great customer service. Front wipers blades fitted perectly and were a doddle to fit. The rear wiper blade however, although the correct part according to Bosch, had a different connection than the existing one. Emailed Driveden and had a response the same day. Although Rob and Matt were unable to resolve the issue, through no fault of their own, they initially offered to accept the return for a full refund and then informed me they had refunded the item which I could keep without returning. 5* customer service”

“The liner was packed very well and delivered quickly with great communication.I was a bit disturbed at how small the package was and thought I had been sent the wrong item However it unfolded to be a perfect fit and the only thing that was small was the price compared to VW which was twice the price. So a well made product,delivered without hassle and a great price WHAT"S NOT TO LIKE !!!!!!”
