“Used cashback to bye from DriveDen but didn't get any cash back as you didn't recognise the source of the transaction. However you then sent me a £5 voucher to use on my first order which was strangely after my first order. Disappointing really. Update Thanks to DriveDen customer service for the swift and professional way they have resolved my complaint. They have now applied the £5 voucher and as a gesture of good will CashBack have also given my my CashBack award. Thanks”

Unfortunately, we have nothing to do with the data tracking for transactions, this is the responsibility of the cashback providers website and need to be raised with them.
