“Quickly found a suitable item on your site. delivery was very prompt and as advised. The bars were easy to fit and look great and so useful. the only problem encountered was the final cosmetic cover which just doesn't want to fit! All at a competitive price. Overall - very pleased.”

“The item I wanted was sold out and was sent an email when back in stock. The Ice Scraper looks good and is very sturdy. Easy to store in with the sleeve. Excellent service and delivery was very quick, ordered it Wednesday and it was delivered Friday.”

“Very poor customer service they sent me floor mats that did not fit my vehicle then proceed to give me the runaround demanding that I should send them pictures proving that the floor mats were completely unsuitable for my vehicle, don't use this garbage website to order floor mats they are an absolute rip-off.”

Apologies, you stated in your email to us that we had sent you LHD mats? As we do not stock any mats for the LHD market (being UK based), we merely asked to see a picture of these, as per our standard returns process. Please provide requested pictures and your vehicle registration and we can get this sorted for you. Kind regards.

“Drive Den online service for getting the correct roof bars and more importantly correct foot pack was very helpful. Once ordered the parts were sent out poste- haste well packaged. My gripe is that I’d researched different outlets as finding prices similar across the board. I opted for Drive Den as there was an online Discount Code showing £30 off for a purchase over £200. I qualified and at the time of purchase believed I would receive a reduction on my £285 purchase. When I correctly put the Discount Code to the purchase it came up as not valid. I went ahead regardless but whether I’d use Drive Den again is uncertain”

Hi. The code that you tried to use was last Black Friday's discount code which is obviously no longer valid. This is also not advertised on our website. Kind regards.
