“I was pleased with the Farad Roof Rails which I purchased for my Hyundai Santa Fe.It arrived as promised and was well packed.One small point which wasn't a major problem, I did not expect to have to assemble the the various individual components making up each roof bar but that apart ,I am very pleasd with my purchase”

“It was okay but not silver colour like my car, so I needed extra paint to colour it and also the wire plug on it didn't march with mine. so we have to cut up the wire and use the old sucket plug wire before it could pass.”

“Prompt delivery, well packed and my roof bars are of good quality. My only criticism is the instructions were all pictures with no supporting text, avoiding multiple languages. A bit of written instruction could have made the assembly much easier. When I bought the bars, it was to fit a Qashqai, I was unaware that there was quite a bit of self assembly and fitting. I’m a chartered engineer, I imagine it could have been much more difficult for people of different disciplines.”
