“Boot mat arrived as arranged, quality of mat was good fitted OK but not exact fit as described, but it does the job required, have bought off NP previously, this slight negative wouldn't stop further purchases.”

“Good products: Farad Roof Bars and HAKR Cycle Carriers for use with Volvo XC40; easy to fit and look robust; no wind noise. Unfortunately though, ParcelForce failed to deliver on the allotted date after confirmation in the morning, no explanation provided despite three calls to ParcelForce. Never mind, I've got the goods now and happy with my choice.”

“Well made mats for car - fits very well but smell of rubber too much. Lots of washing in soap and vinegar and fabreze spray. Still a bit smelly but hoping over time will disappear”

Hi, Thank you for your review and we are glad to hear you are happy with the fit of the mats. The mats should not have a rubber smell to them, they have a fragrance with a vanilla scent. This can be stronger when first taken out of the packet, however, this will fade over time. Kind regards, NP Autoparts

“Great service I mailed for help to confirm the rack was correct for my car and received an answer the next day. When I ordered the rack it arrived next day. Rack is very quiet and fantastic value.”

“The product, a dog guard for the car, arrived one day earlier than promised and was no problem to fit. The product is well made, unobtrusive in the vehicle and secure in position. The guard is however very expensive, although the materials are of good quality it is difficult to see how the high price is justified.”

“Really helpful and friendly staff and they delivered promptly. The key that came with the product is plastic which was a bit disappointing as I am dubious about how long it will last, but the company itself were great.”
