“The Modula Wego 500 roof box is a very good alternative to Thule as previous roof boxes purchased and at at highly competitive cost. Disappointment on unlocking the box when heard a clunk, on opening the box the front locking bracket was broken off. After gluing with an epoxy glue, all is good. Only criticism is that there is no contact phone number to call in the event of a problem, only via email which doesn't suit a lot of people. Rating 4 for product and service, 2 for contact details.”

“The advisers were quick to reply and helpful but you have no phone contact available only email. My main gripe was about the roof bars that needed ridiculous super strength to fit on the barrel locks.”

“Seem really good, time will tell. They are not quite as thick as a genuine VAG group matt, but much better pricing, fit is pretty good. Id say avoid others that are cheaper, most are cut from generic sheets of rubber, these have a lip around the edge that keep the muck of the rest of your car. The front ones have the press studs to hold them in place.”
