“Overall the experience with DriveDen was good. The roof rack I bought was competitively priced compared to other suppliers and their website very informative compared to its competitors. The only slight niggle I have is on the proposed delivery timescales stated on the website compared to the actual because of being home to take delivery. The original proposed date on the website at the time of purchase was longer than the actual, no bad thing for it to arrive earlier but it would be really useful to be kept a bit more up-to-date like DPD do with it as I tried to plan delivery for when someone was home otherwise it can become more awkward to try and get someone else to take in our delivery.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the carpets.They are better quality for the price than manufacturers carpet.Although the fixing points were,a bit on the tight side and the carpet had to be stretched to make fit over the fixings.Not sure if in the long term this would be a weak point or not.I am assuming like most carpets the do tend to stretch after a while.Otherwise would recommend highly.Minor problem with delivery bit that was down to Royal Mail, redirecting to the wrong depot.”

“Delivered on time. Their was a strong rubber/plastic smell when I opened the box, luckily my vehicle arrive a couple of weeks later than expected so by the time I fitted the mats the smell had gone. Fits well but mat edges not as defined as some of the images shown on web page. Only problem I had was that the retention 'Eyes' don't have the rubber removed from them so had to do this before I could fit the mats. Even with these small issues I would still purchase the mats again.”

“Excellent communication and delivery was very quick. Not 5 starts because the product (roof bars for a Mini Countryman) was not bespoke for my car (which the description suggested it was) and the instructions were poor so they were a hassle/time consuming to fit ... but a really good product apart from that.”

“Delivered next day!! Pros The roof racks are good quality, no noise when driving. Look good Hold 65kg Cons Needed to file down the plastic covers that hold the lock to make them fit. Had to buy nuts from DIY shop to fit in the recess so the legs can be attached (the supplied ones are too wide) If I didn't need them in a hurry I would have contacted drive den to supply the correct parts. Overall I'm impressed with them and would recommend them, similar roof racks cost almost twice as much!!! These are fitted to an audio a4 b7 saloon.”

“I purchased a Peruzzo Padova cycle carrier for my mondeo estate. The website for Peruzzo was little help since the mondeo models were Italian and meant nothing to me. So I contacted Driveden and There seemed to be some confusion whether it would fit my car or not. I was initially told it would then was told it wouldn’t fit my particular model. I purchased anyway and it does indeed fit. More product knowledge would be an advantage here but I was happy with the speedy replies. To clarify: Peruzzo Padova 3 bike carrier (steel version) Fits: Mk4 (2009) Ford Mondeo Estate Titanium X Sport with extra spoiler (plastic)”

“FARRO ROOF BARS. ITEM FINE BUT ALTHOUGH I SELECTED THE BARS THROUGH THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION ON THE WEB SITE THE BARS DO NOT FIT IN SUITABLE PLACE DUE TO HAVING A FACTORY FITTED SUNROOF. Web site should state this is a issue with these bars.”

“Proactive Company, nice to deal with. Premium Sun Screens delivered quickly and well packaged. Item as described being a better quality than previously used. Fitting instructions were not to the same standard being translations from German. Fitting clips were generally OK but not as easy as displayed in the video (probably better on different models where fitting clips will be easier). Back window clips were poor and did not fit well. Screen eventually fitted but not ideal. Observations refer to the product and not to DriveDen.”

“Car mats for my Qashqai seem to be our good quality, shame they don’t have the Qashqai wording on them like the genuine ones, can’t comment any more as have only had them a few days.”
