We have been waiting a week for our roof bars to be delivered as delivery states 2 to 3 days and we still have not received them not happy costumers

Sorry to see this review come through while we are trying to sort the delivery issues for you. You had requested redelivery to a DHL collection point, however, the item was too large for the space at the collection point selected and pushed back to the delivery depot to process and deliver to your home address. Unfortunately, there are rare occasions when we are let down by delivery partners, and we will try our best to resolve these quickly.

Have ordered boot liner payed for delivery and have still not received the item the tracking was meant to be next day delivery. Overall terrible experience.

We were advised on line with hello@driveden which feet we required for our specific car. They do not fit. Nobody replies to our emails. We have asked you to phone, nobody does. Absolutely disgraceful after service....buyers beware! Shocking attitude. I wish I didn't have to even give 1 star!!

Hi There, We have replied to all your emails, but you are yet to tell us the issue with the product. You only purchased a bracket set from us, not a roof bar set, so we think you need the feet and maybe the bars if you don't have them to complete all the components needed for your car. We believe you also need to order part - LINK to attach these brackets to the Farad bar as explained.

I ask for a roofrack and was ask for my rage You have send me the wrong one . You asked me for the registration I did not know there was two different you sent me in one with a flat roof mine has around so I tried it on my car ka10 contact you and ask you sent me the wrong one and you said that you I cannot have it back if I've used it so I am stuck with a roof rack that is no good for my car

Your website listed my roof bars as compatible with my car model after entering my registration number but the bars I ordered are NOT compatible. I know there were options for different kinds of cars but I feel that I shouldn't be offered products that are not compatible because I have now had to return the product and lost money by sending them back. I'm not happy about this as I have very little time to find a replacement for my holiday. I will be taking a refund and shopping elsewhere.

Sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience. The Audi A3 comes with both side rails and no side rails. We clearly state in the title of the products that the item you purchased was only for models with side rails. The is shown in multiple places, including a large red warning next to the "add to bag" As per previous emails, the car reg will look up the make, model, year etc, but will not tell us if you have side rails or not, as this is an option. This is why we add all the notes and warnings to the products so you can see them before purchasing. We can assist in helping you to return the bars for a refund.

I found it impossible to summon the Herculean effort required to install the locking covers on the Modula Aero roof bars I ordered for my Honda Civic. I therefore found them unfit for purpose and I am returning them.

They were meant to be tailored car mats that would fit the car , not the right shape , small fitting in rear of car and completely wrong fixings

This rate is because of the worse delivery ever! The box was massive, and the driver refused to deliver it to me in front of my flat, he left it in the buildings lobby for me to Take it! This was very difficult for me as I had to Take my 3 months old baby with me and still push that gigantic and heavy box!!!

Sorry to hear this. These roof boxes will be large and fairly heavy. We put all dimensions in the advert to show this as a guide. Unfortunately, couriers will not always be able to take large items directly into your flat.

Hates Northern Irish Customers, Free delivery for England but would charge £50 delivery fee for an ice scraper via Amazon to be delivered to NI. Cant even buy anything directly from the website if the address is for NI. Absolute joke.

Hi Guys I was told item would be with me on Monday when it was required. As it failed to arrive I had to purchase item elsewhere.I have sent back the item and not heard anything in respect of my refund. As you can imagine I am not best pleased with poor service. No one has responded to my emails and it does not help that there is no numbed to contact your company.

I have contacted you 4 days ago that you have sent me the wrong Item/fitment for my car and up to now, you haven’t replied nor send me the correct Item!! Very poor customer service and definitely will “not” be recommending you to anyone!

Sorry to hear this. I have check the tracking and can see that your order was shipped straight away. Delivery was attempted by the courier on the following 2 days, where no one was home. The order has then returned to the Fedex delivery depot to await collection or further delivery instructions. I can also see we have had no contact from you to report an issue. This is the first we have seen. I will resend you the tracking info and request the courier tries again.

Ordered the roof box in-line on sunday as it was showing a Wednesday delivery. Received an email on Monday to say it has been dispatched for next day delivery. I get another email on Thursday to say it will be delivered that day. It landed the following Tuesday - see pictures below. It was dumped on my doorstep, there was no one in so it stood fir several hours - no delivery paperwork - no notification it was being delivered. Not a good experience.
