“Padlocks were exactly as advertised, however, individual padlock boxes were damaged and soaked through on arrival. Could do with better packaging.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear that the individual boxes were damaged and soaked. They are normally well wrapped and sealed inside a polybag prior to transport and I apologise that this was not sufficient in this instance. Thank you for bringing it to our attention and we will look into ensuring all parcels are well packed.

“Needed a padlock, but it's an awkward bracket to fit a lock too, so needs to be a specific size. Nothing but padlocks had to call around to get me the lock needed or would get a similar one without changing extra, but managed to get the one I needed. Really good customer service and Dan was willing to go the extra mile, and this was during the Christmas holiday too. Highly recommended, and will be happy to work with Northing But Padlocks again. Chris.”

“Can't comment as yet on quality and sustainability of padlock as not had long enough for that but quality of service and advice given was excellent ordered late Thursday afternoon, posted Friday and recieved in post on Saturday so well done and if the padlock does as well as claimed which I have no doubt it will .”

“We use the marine combination locks in a food processing which is as harsh as a marine enviroment with the added challenge of chemicals. They stand up really well to the abuse they recieve from an industrial setting. Great product and service.”
